Shipping and returns

Where I ship

Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the countries of the European Union. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the UK or the US, write to me before buying and I will quote shipping including customs.

Packaging and insurance

Every piece is protected with corner guards, bubble wrap and a rigid box, and travels insured for its full value. The insurance is included in the shipping cost.

Timing and cost

Once I receive full payment, the piece ships within 3 to 5 working days. The shipping cost depends on destination and size; I confirm it by email before you pay.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. Write to me, pack the work as it arrived and send it back; I refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is at your cost.

Commissions made to measure cannot be returned.

If it arrives damaged

Take photos of the parcel and the work before fully unpacking it and write to me within 48 hours of delivery. I will settle it through the insurance.
