Privacy

Data controller: James Herrera. I use the data you send through the forms (name, email, phone, delivery address, message and, if attached, the photo) only to reply, prepare quotes and handle your purchases and deliveries.

Forms are handled by Netlify, which processes data on my behalf. This site uses no cookies. To know how many visits it gets and from which countries, I use GoatCounter, which counts visits without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you. I do not share data with third parties for any other purpose. You can request access, correction or deletion at causeidesign@gmail.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Terms of sale

• Prices include VAT. Shipping, including insurance for the full value of the work, is quoted by destination and confirmed by email before payment.
• Works are reserved through the site. Reserving does not oblige you to buy: the purchase is completed when I confirm the total by email and receive payment by bank transfer.
• Each work is unique: reservations are handled in the order they arrive, and a work is held for three days awaiting payment.
• 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, except for commissions made to measure. Details in Shipping and returns.
• Buying a work does not transfer reproduction rights, which remain with the artist.
