Care
Where to hang it
Away from direct sunlight, radiators and very damp rooms such as unventilated bathrooms. Constant direct sunlight fades colours over the years, even under resin or varnish.
Cleaning
Wipe it with a soft cloth. For more than dust, dampen the cloth with water and a little soap and wipe gently. Don't scrub the same spot for long.
By finish
- Epoxy resin: a hard, glossy surface. Water and a little soap are fine.
- Varnish: once dry, it is tougher than the paint it protects. Water and a little soap won't harm it; just don't scrub one spot for long.
- Relief: lightly pass a damp cloth over the surface. Avoid brushes, which can scratch the varnish and the paint.

Moving it
Always carry it upright, holding the sides of the frame or panel, never the painted surface.
